Reader corrections

If a casino's terms have changed, a payout speed has slowed down, a bonus code has expired or any factual claim on the site is wrong, please tell us. Include the page URL and what's gone stale; we will verify and update or retract within two working days.

Operator outreach

Casino operators wanting to be considered for the ranking should email the editorial desk with a public-facing $1 bonus offer, the cashier methods supported in NZD, the operator licence number and a contact at the affiliate or partnership team. We do not pay for placement and do not accept payment for ranking position, but we will run the four-checkpoint test on any operator that meets the basic eligibility (offshore licence accepting NZ players, NZD or convertible cashier, $1 minimum deposit threshold).
